Analyze your personal statistics dashboard
The Statistics page presents an aggregate view of your patients' outcomes on the Greenspace platform. While looking at each individual patient's results is critical to inform treatment plans, the Statistics page allows you to analyze your practice as a whole. This article shows you how to observe trends, dive deeper into the data and discover your own strengths and areas of improvement as a therapist.
Key statistics
The key statistics bar provides a high level snapshot of your practice.
- Patients - How many patients you are currently working with on the the platform.
- Assessment Completion - The percentage of assessments assigned to your patients that have been completed.
- Therapeutic Alliance - The average therapeutic alliance score as reported by your patients. Note that this will be blank if you have not completed the Therapeutic Alliance assessment with any patients.
Symptom improvement graph
The Symptom improvement graph shows how your patients' outcomes have changed over time in treatment. A trend line that moves up and to the right shows that patients are improving over the course of their time in treatment.
The Basics
- Score - The Y-Axis shows the Assessment Scores, which have been standardized onto a 0 to 100 scale, where 100 is the most positive score. This is done to ensure that all assessments (each of which have a different scoring scale) can be compared together.
- Time in Treatment - The X-Axis shows Time in Treatment for patients. Therefore Month 1 would contain the baseline scores for all patients when beginning treatment.
- As an example, if Martha began her therapy in June and Beth began in September, both of their first assessment scores would be considered Month 1 scores.
Default Trend Lines
- Clinical Symptoms - The Blue line represents an average score of all completed assessments from within the Clinical Symptoms category (one of the four categories of adult assessments on the platform).
- Functioning - The Green line represents an average score of all completed assessments from within the Functioning category.
- Therapeutic Alliance - The Purple line represents an average score of all completed assessments from within the Therapeutic Alliance category.
Response Data
- The chart below the symptom improvement graph shows the aggregate response data that is being used to generate the graph.
- Scores are on a 0 to 100 scale.
- The improvement rate shows improvement from Month 1, not from previous month. In the example below, Clinical Symptoms improved by 26% from Month 1 to 2.
Filtering the Data
You can narrow the information presented on the Statistics Dashboard using using the filters at the top of the Dashboard. You can filter and narrow your outcome data in a number of different ways:
1. Assessment Type - This will display the results only for those patients that have completed the selected assessment(s).
- In the example below, the PHQ-9 and GAD-7 have been selected from the drop down menu on the filter bar. The Symptom Improvement graph then shows separate trend lines for each assessment, allowing you to compare outcomes by assessment type.
2. Tags - Selecting a tag will display the results only for patients who have that tag associated to them.
- In the example below, the tag Location:Toronto has been selected, which returns outcome data only for those patients who have the Location: Toronto tag.
- If you select more than one tag, only outcome data for patients with both tags assigned will be displayed.

Additional Details
- Weekly vs Monthly Data: You can toggle the data presentation between weekly and monthly, allowing you to see more granular improvement data.
- Visibility: The Statistics page is only visible to you, not your patients.
- Real Time Data: Each new assessment completed by a patient will change the information presented on the graph. The graph is updated immediately upon completion.
- Start Lines for Treatment: When an assessment is assigned to a patient and you indicate that it is not a start line for treatment, the patient's results for that assessment are not reflected on the symptom improvement graph.
- Hiding Trend Lines: You can hide any of the trend lines by clicking the name of the trend line on the symptom improvement graph's legend.
- Number of Patients: Hovering over the chart for a particular month or week, will show you how many patients are contributing to each data point. This is important to understand, because data points with only a few patients can be influenced dramatically by the results of just one or two patients.
